As a Turning Point General Manager, your role is the most impactful to team members and guests.
It is imperative to ensure the culture is established, maintained, and shines through every day. You must hold vital beliefs in employee appreciation, guest service, outstanding food, superior ambiance & atmosphere, and most especially FUN!
Daily and weekly operations lie in your control with the assistance and guidance of your District Manager, including overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve your goals. These goals range from sales to costs to TP Buddy retention, but most importantly, guest service and satisfaction
Manager Responsibilities to include (not exclusive to):
- Consistently seeking out and hire “eggceptional” candidates and members that possess hospitality and desire to take care of others.
- Maintain our Turning Point Family Culture (TP Fam!).
- Build a strong group of enthusiastic team members. Ensure equity and equality for all.
- Create a fun and rewarding work environment for your staff.
- Present and develop growth opportunities for your team members.
- Provide an exceptional Turning Point experience to our guests.
- Prior restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to coach and mentor a team
